***All individuals applying for the OVFC Citizens Academy must be at least 16 years old and a citizen of Orange County to attend. 16 and 17 year olds must have written parental permission to participate. A form will be provided on the first night of class and must be returned by second night. Due to extensive hands on training, we can only accept up to 12 participants.***
