Two workers in less than 12 hours. OVFC volunteers answered two working commercial fires on Monday May 22nd.

The first fire, in the Town of Orange, was at Antonio's Pizza which is currently under renovation. Crews found fire in the space above the drop ceiling and put a knock on the fire containing it near the area of origin.

The second fire, located outside the Town of Louisa, came in as a mutual aid request for Truck 23 for a commercial fire. The crew off the Truck assisted with ventilation, extinguishing the fire and overhaul in a tire recycling plant that suffered significant smoke and fire damage throughout.

Both fires will remain under investigation with local authorities.
