Robert Kelley first joined the Orange Volunteer Fire Company in 1973 as a Junior Firefighter. After several stints in and out of the department, Robert returned as a Senior Firefighter in October of 2000. Robert became a member of the department’s Board of Directors in 2004. He is certified as: Firefighter I, Hazardous Materials-Awareness, HTR Vehicle Rescue, EVOC, and Pegasus LZ Coordinator.

Robert served our country in the United States Air Force from 1976-1985. He currently works part-time for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Robert and his wife Karen have two children, Parker and Jessica. Robert enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time.
