Dave "D-Lo" Brown has been a member of the company since 1986. He is currently the Secretary of the company, and has also served on the Board of Directors. Dave is a member of the OVFC Competition Team where he competes in several events. He has taken Firefighter I and Hazardous Materials-Awareness.

Dave and his wife Tabitha have two children, Will and Carrie Ashley. He is a 1989 graduate of Orange County High School, and has been employed by the Town of Orange at the Waste Water Treatment Plant since 1990. Some of Dave’s hobbies include fishing, golfing, and watching sports on TV.
